ORDERS TAKEN Orders received via our shopping cart system are sent an automated email confirming the details of the order, this does not imply acceptance. DESCRIPTION OF GOODS All the products we sell are of a technical nature and it is not practical to publish detailed specifications of all the products. All images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising on our site are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. DELIVERY Delivery will be normally be within 2 weeks on Hand Crafted items as these are made to order. All items must be delivered to the payment address only. Risk & Damage As soon as the goods have been delivered you will be responsible for them. We will only deliver goods to the address on the order and goods will not be left without a signature. From the time of receipted delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk. It is important that you check the quantity and the exterior of the packaging and note it before signing for it. Any transit damage to the goods, shortages or incorrect goods supplied must be noted on the delivery consignment note at the time of delivery. However in the unlikely event a fault is found you may return it to us for a refund or exchange item. To qualify you must return your goods within 7 days of receipt of the goods, complete with all original packaging and labels intact. The goods must also be as new, unused & undamaged . As long as these conditions are met, we will offer a full refund or exchange for the returned item. We also recommend, for your own security, that you obtain proof of posting from the Parcel Carrier. The return postage will be the responsibility of the customer, and a refund will not include the original or additional carriage costs. We cannot accept returns due to wrongly measured sizes.
